1 Onion, medium, finely diced
1 Potato, small, boiled and finely diced
1 Tomato, small, de-seeded and finely diced
2 tblsp Fresh Anar Dane | Pomegranate Seed
2 tblsp Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
2 Green chillies, finely chopped
4 tblsp Sweet Chutney
2 tblsp Sev
2 tblsp Boondi
8 Puris
1 tblsp Lemon Juice

Method:
  • In a mixing bowl add the puffed rice, 2 crushed puri, half of the boondi and half of the Sev and mix well.
  • Add the chopped potatoes, tomatoes, anar dane, chopped dhania and green chillies. Mix well.
  • Add 2 tblsp of Sweet chutney and the lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve in a plate garnishing with the remaining Sev, Boondi and Puri. As per taste, drizzle the Sweet Chutney on top.
  • This quantity serves 3.
A delicious snack. You can increase the Sev, boondi and Puris to your liking. We try to keep it the bare minimum. Sometimes we add boiled moong sprouts, boiled corn and even mango pickles for the extra zing!
