Ragi Bread Dosa

A soft, fluffy dosa which tastes very delicious when served hot and/or cold. A great breakfast option since its very easy quick to prepare.

Dosa



Ingredients:
4 big laddles of Dosa Batter
4 slices  Ragi Bread
1 tspn Italian Seasoning
Oil Til | Sesame oil, for dosa
Salt if required

Method:
  • Take 4 Ragi Bread (any bread) slice and cut it diagonally into 2 pieces.
  • In a vessel add the required amount of dosa batter.
  • Mix the Italian seasoning to the batter.
  • Adjust for salt.
  • Place the dosa tawa on high flame. 
  • Spread little oil on the surface with a tissue paper/cloth.
  • When the tawa is hot, reduce the flame to medium.
  • Dip 1 diagonal piece of bread into the batter and slowly place it on the tawa.
  • Drizzle very little oil along the sides.
  • Gently flip the bread dosa after about 2 minutes.
  • Gently remove the cooked bread dosa and serve hot with Thenga Chutney and Tomato sauce.

We have used:
1. Nachni Bread  -  a brand sold at FoodSpot Shop in Ghatkopar East.
2. Keya Italian seasoning.
3. Til Sona - Sesame Oil.
