Kadhi is an Indian Yougurt based curry. There are various ways in which this delicious curry id prepared across India. Predominantly, Besan | Chick Pea flour is used as a thickening agent. Sometimes even fresh Dal | Lentil paste is used. During Upvaas |Fasts, Rajgira Flour is used.
The flavour of this curry can be made unique by the add on ingredients in terms of vegetables and /or choice of spices used.
