We started making Pineapple Boondi Raita nearly 3 decades back when Appa tasted it for the first time at his Office Cafeteria! He loves this and Amma ensures that whenever we get fresh pineapples, she definitely makes this raita!
This raita is so easy to make and has an amazing fruity sweet and savoury flavour which is very delicious along with any Paratha, Biryani | Pulav.
