How to keep Rava | Semolina worm free

Rava | Semolina  is one ingredient which is always found at home. Many easy to prepare dishes can be made from it. If care is taken in the method of storing it, then we can ensure they are worm free.

Method:
  • In a pan dry roast the rava for about 2 minutes, just to warm the rava
  • Take care that the rava does not change color.
  • Let the rava cool before storing it in an airtight container.
  • If stored in this manner, the rava will remain fresh for upto 45 days. We know for sure as we have tried it, but have not kept the rava beyond 45 days!
