Appa loves these Rasa Vadais. Whenever Amma makes Paruppu Vadais | Dal Vadas | Lentil Fritters she makes it a point to make Rasa Vadais with the leftover Vadais.
Very delicious combination of the tangy spicy Tomato Rasam and the wonderful Paruppu Vadais.
Ingredients:
10 tblsp Tomato Rasam
1 tsp Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
Method:
- In a vessel add the Tomato Rasam and heat them till they come to a boil. Keep aside
- Make two to three, very fine holes in the Paruppu Vadais with a toothpick | sharp needle. Dunk these Vadais in the Tomato Rasam and let them soak for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to serving bowls.
- Garnish with finely cut coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
Since these can be prepared and served as individual portions, these make a great option as Starters!
