For Thai Pongal this year, Amma wanted to make a grand lunch spread...and grand it is for sure! 9 items...simply delicious...made with 100% love and affection that makes it the world's tastiest meal ever!

Being Thai Pongal, we made Til Chikki, Nai Payasam and Venpongal. Venpongal in combination with Tomato Rasam, 7 Kari Kootu, Thiruvathirai Puzhukku and Lemon Pickle is just superb! To wash down this the Masala Buttermilk is the best drink. These smiley faced and floral fryums add even more joy to this great festival that welcomes Spring in all its luster to bless us with abundance of happiness, joy, wealth, health and success in life!
