Our local Chakki wala agreed to grind whole Jowar to fine smooth flour! Nothing like it! We got about 4 kgs of Jowar and got this ground to a smooth flour. As I brought this from the Chakki, I could feel the sweet smell of the warm Jowar Flour! After reaching home couldn't resist to have a little spoonful of this flour and it tasted heavenly!
Nothing like freshly ground flour and thalipeeth that we made today is from this fresh flour! So it tasted simply wonderful!

- Gently transfer the thalipeeth from the plastic sheet to the hot tava.
- After 2 minutes, flip the thalipeeth to the other side.
- After 2 minutes flip it to the first side and flip it again to the second side after 1 minute.
