Kothamalli Moru | Coriander Masala Chaas - a refreshing cooler!

With Winter bidding adieu and Summer slowly heating up things, refreshing cool drinks become the order of the day!

Coriander is intrinsically a cooling herb that aides digestion and that along with Buttermilk is just heaven! I can guzzle this and be the most content person on earth! Amma usually makes these and stocks them in bottles and who ever comes home during late hot afternoons is offered this wonderful refreshing cooler!

This is very easy to make. All you need to do is have the Kothamalli Podi ready. That's all...mix it well with  cold Buttermilk, add ice cubes if you want and you are all set!

Kothamalli Moru | Coriander Masala Chaas

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves

METHOD
  • In a bowl add buttermilk and Kothamalli Powder. Mix well.
  • Garnish with finely chopped dhania leaves.
  • Serve cold.
Kothamalli Moru makes a great Welcome Drink! Very easy to prepare with fresh fragrant flavours!
