Pizza Idli - an Italian Twist to the classic SouthIndian Idli!

Pizza Idli is Amma's innovation to ensure my love for Pizzas is satiated in a healthy manner! This has been my most favorite college and is still my Office Lunch Box item! When Amma makes it just for me it is with a dash of Mozarella and thinly sliced Black Olives! But when we make it as a weekend Breakfast | Brunch option, since Amma Appa do not prefer olives and cheese, we make it sans that..but the taste is delectable!

This is very easy to make and you can adapt it to make a fusion of any World Cuisine by incorporating fresh ingredients of the respective country!

I love the vibrant colours of Bell Peppers and so today this is paired with fresh sweet corn too along with a generous doze of fresh Italian herbs!
