Palak Raita is one very easy to make raita, with very few ingredients, yet simply delectable and tastes best when served chilled! This is very nutritious and makes any Biryani | Pulav taste even more awesome!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Palak | Spinach, finely chopped and blanched
1 cup Dahi | Yogurt, whisked
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Kali Miri | Black Pepper Powder
1/8 tsp Roasted Jeera | Cumin Powder
A pinch Sugar
To taste Salt
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Refrigerate for half an hour.
- Serve cold with any Biryani | Pulav.
We enjoyed this wonderful Palak Raita along with Mughlai Channa Dal Pulav.
