Rava Ladoo - An easy to make sweet using Semolina!

Amma recently touch-based with an elderly lady who is just like a mom to Amma. Pati | Grand mom used to stay a few blocks away from us but then with her children getting transferred she was in Chennai and USA and somehow we lost contact. Few days back, Appa met with Pati's son and got the latest contact. We were thrilled to know she is in good health and is back in Mumbai and staying about half an hour's drive from our home.

This along with Nellikai Urgai and Kadu Managai Urgai is Pati's favourite and need not divulge any further why these tempting Rava Ladoos were made today! Amma Appa and Pati were so pleased to have met and interacted after so many years! And Pati was even more happy that Amma remembered all her "These are a few of my favourite things".

Usually Amma makes Rava Ladoos for Diwali, Gokulashtami or as Prasadam for Navratri. This also happens to be my Jiju's favourite and so whenever Amma makes it a special pack is made just for him too!
