Nutri Ball - A healthy and crunchy way to satiate your sweet tooth!

I guess being born in a Gujurati Locality, I too have a sweet tooth. Sometimes after lunch an occasional "Meethe mein kya hai" is what I pester Amma with! Most of the times it is just a small piece of Jaggery! This time took a break from work as needed to clear out the road ahead, and tended to pester her quite often! Poor thing she was sweet enough to satiate my such cravings, in fact to cheer me up, and as usual came up with some nutritious surprise elements from her repertoire of recipes! Amma is indeed the sweetest person in the world and each day feel blessed to have such wonderful humans as my parents ☺☺!!

Since I was in no mood to conjure up a sweet delight, based on some suggestions from Appa and me, Amma as ever delighted us with these Nutri Ball! Crunchy in every bite! Satiating by itself as a wholesome afternoon snack! Really blessed to have Amma as my mom as apart from the great being she is and the values that she has doctrined in all of us, she ensures we do get finger licking, wholesome, nutritious food of every taste!
