Gud2Eat Jowar Fine Rava | Review

We used to buy mangoes from KisanMandi in the 2014 Mango season. In October 2014, KisanMandi merged with www.go4fresh.in.  It was while browsing thru their website that we came across intersting Organic Jowar products like - Jowar fine rava, Jowar flakes, Jowar idli mix, Jowar vermicelli and Jowar Chakli mix. We chose to try out the Jowar Fine rava.

Jowar fine rava can be used as our regular rava (semolina). This is an interesting form in which Jowar is available. I am not sure if we find it else where.

Currently this comes under the brand name, Gud2Eat, in a pack size of 500gms, priced at  MRP Rs. 35/-

Jowar Fine Semolina (Rava) is made from fresh, clean sorted pearling Jowar with use of advance technology. Use 20% extra water as compare to regular Upama and remain for 20-25 min on low flame.

From this Semolina, we can makes Upama, Idli, Sweet Sheera, Sweet Kheer, Sweet Laddu.  

This  is 100% vegetarian, no preservative, no artificial flavors & colours.
