In the harried bustle of the morning, a quick breakfast option is always a blessing. This is an interesting recipe which can be spun to numerous options.
Ingredients:
1 cup Besan | Chick Pea flour
1 tblspn Oats
1 Tomato, medium sized, finely chopped
1 Onion, medium sized, finely chopped
1 tspn Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 tblspn, Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1/4 tspn Haldi | Turmeric Powder
1/4 tspn Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tspn Dhania | Coriander Powder
1/2 tspn Jeera | Cumin Powder
1/2 tspn Saunf | Fennel Powder
1/2 tspn Italian seasoning
1 tspn White Til | Seasame seeds, dry roasted
To taste Salt
Method:
Ingredients:

Method:
- Wash and finely chop all the vegetables. You may add even finely chopped Bell Peppers (capsicum - Red, Yellow, Green)
- In a mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- To this, add the chopped vegetables.
- Add water and make a Dosa consistency batter.
- Place the tawa on hot flame and spread some oil acroos its surface with a tissue paper/cloth.
- Once the tawa is hot, reduce the flame to medium.
- Pour a ladle of the batter and spread gently to make chiles.
- Drizzle very little oil along the sides and the top of the chile.
- After about 2 minutes, flip the chile to the other side.
- Once the next side also is cooked, remove the chile and serve hot with tomato sauce.
- This quantity can serve 4 chiles.

3. Keya Italian seasoning
4. Tata salt lite
