In that line of thought, Amma decided to make for breakfast a different type using all the fresh ingredients like Peas, Mint, Green Chillies...and said "Tomorrow for all Hara Bhara Dil"

Oil, for greasing steamer plate
To taste, Salt
Method:
- Keep aside 1 tblsp of the boiled peas and roughly mash it with a spoon. Keep aside.
- Grind to a smooth paste the remaining boiled fresh peas, adrak, green chillies, ginger and mint.
- In a mixing bowl add besan, the smooth paste, roughly mashed boiled peas, and curd except Fruit Salt and mix well.
- Check for salt and adjust to taste. The consistency of the batter should be thick.
- Grease the steamer plate with oil.
- Add the Eno salt and mix well. This will loosen up the batter due to the aeration process.
- Pour batter into the steamer plate as we normally prepare Dhoklas.
- Keep the steamer plate in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes. In case using a pressure cooker, steam them for 15 minutes without the whistle. Remove and keep to cool for 5 minutes.
- Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out as many Hara Bhara Dils as possible.
- Serve healthy nutritious Hara Bhara Dils with Tomato Ketchup.
