I love this Green Chutney as this is very delicious with anything that you have it with. Best part, it is very easy to make too.
Just assemble all ingredients, a gentle whirl in the mixer and you are set!

INGREDIENTS
2 tblsp Pudina | Mint, roughly chopped
4 tblsp Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves, roughly chopped
1 tsp Chutney Dal | Fried Gram Dal
2 Green Chillies, roughly chopped
1 tsp Lemon Juice
To taste Salt
METHOD

METHOD
- Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind them to a smooth paste, adding water as required.
- Check for salt and adjust as per taste.
- Add water to adjust consistency of chutney.
This Green Chuteny is a great accompaniment with almost all Chaat | Street Food. I love to add this chutney in the idli batter and make delicious green coloured, falvourful Idlis! The same chutney when mixed with Buttermilk gives an instant masaledaar chaas too! YUM!
