Appa is supposed to eat lot of salads. As a result we all tend to have salads and sprouts every day. To make it interesting for him, Amma becomes the Innovative Chef and zaps out wonderful salad recipes. The Mooli | Radish Salad is an outcome of a mandatory from Appa's Doctor that he must eat raw Radish.
So Amma made this really delicious by just adding 2 ingredients....finely chopped Dhania | Coriander Leaves and a dab of Lemon juice! Amma and I never used to like to eat raw Radishes...but this version makes it very delicious! The similar type of salad but without the lemon juice is served along with Delhi's famous Chaat - Ram Ladoo.
INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS
1 Mooli | Radish, tender one, peeled and grated
1 tblsp Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp Lemon Juice

METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients.
- Gently toss them.
- Serve fresh.
This salad tastes really wonderful with all type of Parathas! This is a must along with Ram Ladoo for us.
