Tomato Onion Raita | A delicious NO COOK Yogurt Dip

Tomato Onion Raita..the tangy bright red from tomatoes and the sharp sweetness from Onions...is one great combination along with yogurt. When perfectly balanced with seasonings...this makes a great accompaniment with any Roti | Paratha | Rice | Biryani | Pulav.

Since Appa was in a no raw salad mood today, Amma made this tasty and delicious Raita to compliment Shahi Veg Biryani! Net effect, Appa had no choice but to have his veggies, raw as well as lightly sauteed but then...he loved it! The taste is simply YUM!

We enjoyed Tomato Onion Raita along with Shahi Veg Biryani. I like to make this with thick hung curd, and then use this as a spread for vegetable sandwiches! Very healthy bread spread!
