Dahi Batata Puri - A Mumbai Special Street Food

A great way to celebrate Holi the festival of colours, is to have a colourful spread of variety of food that will appeal to your near and dear ones! The true happiness of any festival is the togetherness that we share with each other and what better way than lovely conversations over lovely food!

The easiest way to involve Bachha Party in cooking is to let them prepare things which they can easily whip up and are safe in the process....so I normally tend to give recipes that just need assembling or a little bit of whisk and plating and these guys always surprise me with their creativity!

Dahi Batata Puri is another Mumbai favourite Street Food. This is normally made with the fried Pani Puri wala Puris, but I tried these with baked Gol Gappas.
