Sunday Lunch with the basics and a star being the season's first Aamrakhand. A great way to have a relaxed lunch with family. Best part all three chipped in to make this wonderful meal. Amma of course the Supremo Chef and Appa and I assisting her.
Appa helped with peeling the Baby Potatoes, I was Aamrakhand, Kothamalli Moru and Roasted Papad in charge and Amma made the Main Course!
We enjoyed this wonderful Baby Alu Phool Makhana Sabzi straight from the pan along with along with Phulka Roti, Steamed Rice, Rajasthani Dal, Aamrakhand, Kothamalli Moru, Nellikai Urgai and Roasted Papad.
