Anar Sprouts Salad

A bowl of nature's freshness...an easy to make salad...with the goodness of sprouts and all ingredients..just cut and assemble..No Cook!

An instant refresher...makes an amazing mid-day snack!

Anar Sprouts Salad

Ingredients:
1 Carrot, medium size, grated
1 Spring Onion, finely sliced
1 tblsp Green Moong dal Sprouts
1 tblsp Fresh Anar dana | Pomegranate seeds
1 tsp Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1 sprig Pudina | Mint Leaves, broken with hand
1 tblsp each of Red | Yellow | Green  - Bell Peppers
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp White Til | Sesame seeds, dry roasted
To taste Salt

Method:
  • In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and gently mix well.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Serve as an Appetizer | Snack.
