(c) 2014 - 2015, Meena's Taste Mantra is the result of my mother Mrs. C R Meenakshy's hidden desire to share her recipes, with all who appreciate and celebrate food. These recipes are as a result of 60 years of her cooking experience, influenced by tradition and exposure to various concepts, new recipes/ingredients and a passion for cooking - adapting to healthier alternatives.

The WE comprises a wonderful team of:

Amma - the Main Chef, with all the possible stars in the world on her chef's hat.

Appa - the Critic, with always a positive encouragement in each of our experiments.

All three very passionate about the fine art of cooking! Appa is a retired Mech Engr. Amma is the Director of our lives and Me a management consultant.

Amma is a - child - curious, full of zest and ever willing to try new recipes. adapt them and add them to her repertoire of delicious recipe mantras. A hidden ardent desire to reach out with as many as possible to share her experiences is what gave birth to (c) 2014 - 2015, Meena's Taste Mantra
