Idli Sambar is Appa's favourite and he literally dunks soft fluffy idlis into dollops of hot Sambar and then relishes them. The satisfaction on his face is something really worth watching. When we have Idlis for breakfast, Amma make Sambar for sure during lunch so that evening snack Appa can have his favourite Idli Sambar!
INGREDIENTS
1 ltr Chinna Vengayam Sambar
1 tblsp Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
METHOD
- Prepare the Idlis and Sambar.
- In a serving plate place one or 2 Idlis and on top of the Idlis, pour a laddle full of hot Sambar.
- Garnish with chopped dhania.
- Serve hot.
