Saijan Phalli ka Bharta | Drumstick Bharta - an aromatic roasted mashed Drumstick curry!

Drumstick | Moringa | Murangakkai | Saijan Phalli is very healthy and there are various ways we can relish this in our day to day cuisine.

We normally use Drumstick in its entirety in our cooking. Amma was keen to make this bharta which had appeared in some magazine. She had never tried out making a dish with just the pulp. Since Appa loves his Murungakkai, Amma decided to try this out today.

This dish turned out SUPERB!!! All of us loved it. Appa and Amma relished it with Phulka Roti and Rice. I made an open sandwich toast with this! YUM!

Health benefits and taste - all in one!
