Chutneys are such a great accompaniments in giving a well-rounded taste to the main dish! Of the many combinations that can be made to a tast chutney, the most favourite and famous is the Coriander Mint Chutney | Dhania Pudina Chutney.
Ingredients:
2 tblsp Fresh Dhania | Coriander Leaves, roughly chopped
1 tblsp Pudina | Mint Leaves, roughly chopped
2 Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Fried Gram Dal | Chutney Dal
1 tsp Lemon Juice
To taste Salt
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste. Do not add any water.
- This will be a thick chutney. In case you want it to be a bit of liquid consistency, add required water | Curd and check for salt. Adjust as per taste.
- Serve with any Idli, Dosa|Uttappam|Adai, Sandwiches!
